Hey Everyone!!!   This week my shopping list is going to look a bit different than normal. SHopping list for week of April 6th

Hey Everyone!!!, Did you miss me? So I haven’t posted my shopping list in 2 weeks because I haven’t really been prepping.  Don’t worry, I was still eating good, but was on Spring Break and had the leisure of actually preparing my meals as I ate them.  This week I return to school which means I have to be back on my game.  I will also be starting the 21 Day Fix this week so this may look a bit different than normal. Food Prep and Meal Plan for the week of March 16

Hey everyone, if you are reading this you will proubably think I am stuck in a rut.  Well the truth is, I have found a meal plan I am really happy with. That is why this weeks prep is so similar to last weeks

In order to make meal prep as painless as possible I try to have all of my meats cooking at once.  This saves time.  I also fix my eggs in batches and divide it to save time.  When it comes to steaming my veggies I always  have microwave steam bags like these on hand because they make steaming veggies SO easy.

I usually eat 6 meals a day and I prep for 4 of those meals.  This week here is a general snapshot of what I will be eating.  Keep in mind, this is set for my body to help reach my goals.

Meal 1- (after fasted cardio) Shakeology with a tbsp of peanut butter, and 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Meal 2- Eggs with salsa

Meal 3, Meal 4 – one of my prepared meats with veggies

Meal 5- High Protein. peanut butter apple parfait (Click HERE for recipe)

Meal 6- Low Carb Brownie with 1 tbsp of Peanut butter (Click HERE for recipe)

Post workout- shake

Lets get awesome abs!!- Workout Challenge

Hey Everyone!! I know if you are like me, we all dream of having that flat stomach and some abs.  While I know that it can be difficult to obtain, I am more than willing to work for it.  Want to join me? I will also be starting a private online challenge group on Facebook where I will be answering all questions and motivating you to step it up. Where do I go from here?

Hey everyone!! If you are following my journey you know that I am currently participating in the Bodybuilding.com 200K Transformation Challenge and the Labrada Lean Body Challenge.  Well I am in the last month of both of these challenges, so it is time to think about where I go from here.  I always have a plan, because without a plan you just don’t get anywhere.

So after much thought I have decided I am going to do Insanity.

I have done portions of the Insanity program before and I can tell you that it really has been the most difficult workout program I have ever done.  It is also very worthwhile and the feeling you get when you make it through one of those workouts is a feeling of great accomplishment.  I will be leading a challenge group to go along with this program.  It will be starting on April 1st.  I would love for you to join me!!! Anyone who wants to participate will be invited to join a private Facebook group and I will be there for questions and encouragement along the way.  No matter your fitness level, we WILL get through this together and we WILL see great changes.
